Meet the Crystal Quest team SABAH PARKS JETTY, JALAN BULI SIM SIM latest by 9.30am. We recommend that you take your breakfast before arrival at the jetty.
Upon arrival at the Sabah Parks jetty, kindly proceed to the Crystal Quest office for registration (Please bring your Passport for verification).
Trip will start at latest from Main Jetty at 10:00am and boat ride will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the sea condition.
Collect room key from reception counter on the island and then proceed to the chalet. Free and easy time until 5.30 pm, you may enjoy swimming and sunbathing and then visit the Exhibition Hall from 6.30 pm onward. There will be a video presentation about the turtle conservation all these years to date at 7.00 pm
Lunch is served at 12.30 pm, dinner at 7.30 pm and breakfast the next morning start at 6.30 am.
Day 2
Boat leaves the island at 7.00 am and you will arrive back to Crystal Quest Main Jetty in Sandakan latest by 8.00 am.
Please be informed that the visit to Turtle island is a NON-GUIDED tour except during Turtle program (guiding by Sabah Parks Ranger) which will only take place after dinner, time depending on the first sighting of suitable mother turtle.
Only basic amenities are provided on the island. You should pack along Sunblock lotion and mosquitoes repellent.
What’s included at Turtle Island
Double sharing room, meals (Day 1: Lunch, dinner, Day 2: Breakfast ) and return boat transfer are included in the package.
What’s not included at Turtle Island
- Personal travel insurance
- Tourism tax fees of RM10 per room per night (to be paid directly at the resort)
- Sabah Park fees of RM60 per person (to be paid directly at the resort)

Disclaimer
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid locally. (RM10.- per room and night). Further, travel insurance, all services not mentioned in the itinerary, tips, soft and alcoholic drinks are not included in the price.
